I’ve played on Pulsz for some time now and never had any problems. I’ve redeemed before in the past and it would take one day maybe two at most for my funds to hit my account after receiving confirmation emails about them. However, I submitted a redemption on 9/11/24 and it’s been 10 days since then and have no sign of receiving the funds although I got an email the day of redeeming saying they were on their way.

I’ve reached out to them via their support email a few times with no responses at all.

I thought maybe the system was just bugged so I ended up redeeming more about a week later in hopes it would get the initial payment moving but it did not so now I have 3 payments all pending with no responses and no signs of arriving. I’ve never had this issue before and would just simply like my winnings before I spend any further money on their site. I’ve attached screenshots showing the pending redemptions as well as the emails I’ve sent and the confirmation emails saying the redemptions were approved.
