I have been using the Pulsz Casino since Febuary of this year and have had no issues with them until now. I have been winning more lately and now they have stopped depositing my winnings to my bank. I have a redemption for $2000 that was redeemed on 5/1/24 and it is still showing processing with the option to cancel. I know when the option to cancel is no longer available the money is on its way to my bank. It usually gives you the option to cancel for 24 to 48 hrs before it processes and deposits in the bank. When I contacted Pulsz they informed me that they needed to verify my debit cards. They never mentioned needing further verification until I contacted them about the delayed redemption. I have been using the same two cards since I joined this casino with no issues. They requested for me to send a photo of the two debit cards with the 1st 6 and last 4 digits showing with my full name. I sent the photos through a link provided to me in their email. I got confirmation that the photos uploaded. When I did not hear back from Pulsz, I contacted them via email and they advised the photos never came through. I uploaded the photos again and now they are ignoring my emails. I also have another redemption that is stuck in the progress with option to cancel. I just want them to do the right thing and release my money. I have lost more than I have won so I am certainly not hurting them on that end. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
