I have 6 redemptions pending with Pulsz for the past 5 days. I did them all on the same day. I received an email after each one that said they were approved and on their way to my selected account. I received an email the next day saying I needed to verify the cards I used to purchase my packages. I did that quickly. I have done this in the past. I responded to the person who sent me the email and wanted to make sure they received the info. I have not had one single response to my emails. I went online today and used my he chat function and they said they would escalate it to the right department but couldn’t give me a timeframe. They are still pending/Cancel has of right now. It says 3-4 days to process. But I haven’t gotten a response at all. I haven’t had a problem in the past, it hasn’t taken this long before.

I just got 2 emails from Pulsz support this morning stating my redemptions were sent to my bank account.
