I finally got up enough balance to redeem so I had to verify my id and as soon as I did that they locked my account out. Now they won’t respond to my emails or calls. I’m not sure what else to do but I want my money it’s like 600$. now I’m getting scared because I keep seeing all these people having tons of issues with them. I feel like I’m getting scammed I made numerous deposits on there so I’ll be pissed if I don’t get my money that I deserve.
