This is a repeated problem with Pulsz, when it comes to redemption. I redeemed on Sunday, Aug 21 and today is Aug 25 when I redeemed they say it will be processed within 1-3 business days to even hit your bank, but it’s not true, they never process on time, they let the money sit there for days so that the players can keep canceling redemption and use it.
To top it off customer service is another level, they say we will contact you back in 72 hours but they contact back after 10-15 days, how come a company can going a steep decline when it comes to these customer services, I’ve been with them for 2 years all I have seen is this company causing more and more trouble to players and not keeping up with what they mention on-site or say, this is a highly unreliable and untrustworthy company, please stay away people.
