I have redeemed with pulsz before and never had an issue doing so. However, I tried to redeem $600 I won on July 9th 2024, and I heard nothing at all until the following Monday and I get a "Your redemption was declined by the payment provider". So I assume it is due to my address being different, so I use a different bank account. Yesterday, I get the same notification. I message support, and I'm told that they can only tell me to use a different redemption method and nothing else. So I do. Today, I receive the same email about it being declined. This was never an issue before! I always had my money the next day in my bank account. And it's really irritating that it's doing this because I needed this money for my rent which is very past due now because they are doing this.
