On Sept. 15,203 I won $110 playing on Pulsz.com. I requested a redemption immediately and received an email stating no worries $ will be in chosen acct 3-5 days. I wasn't worried until I went on to the site the next day to see my $110 back in my players acct. Ok I thought glitch in the system so I redid my redemption and submitted it again. I contacted them and about an hour later got a response from them stating that there had been a problem with the system and my $ would be on its way. Now here it is Sept. 22, 2023 a week later and after having to re-request my redemption everyday since then, sometimes more than once time a day and after receiving 5 emails from " customer service" with no explanation of why, only that there was an undetermined error and trying to use 2 separate bank accounts( one of which they paid my June $113 winnings too, no issue and I have made purchases on the site with) I still have not received my winnings or a reason why the payment is not going through. I tried to reach them today and still no response. Please help!!!

I received an email today from Keisha stating that someone from the payment department would be reaching out to me but have not received any emails from them. I have tried 3 more times to withdrawal my winnings and all have been regected.
This is the email I received yesterday. It states that it could take up to 72 hrs for someone from the payment department to reach out to help me in this situation. It has already been 10 days since my first redemption attempt. As of Sept. 25 1:49 pm I have had no help from payment dept. I guess I am not important enough to get any real help.
I received the attached email response stating that Pulsz cannot tell me the exact problem because payments are handled by a third party. I guess the can send them an email or call them to figure this out. This is pretty shady at best.
