I am writing an official complaint against Pulsz online casino. I recently hit a decent amount and made several different redemptions. I have probably $30,000 coming in multiple different cash redemptions through different methods. I also have probably 25,000 in gift cards coming. I have played on all the major sites. Any other site that I've ever played on when you select gift cards as your redemption method, they will be issued the very same day. I have some gift cards that are going on 6 days and they still have not even been approved.

Pulsz has only reached out to me once. They requested a copy of the card I used to purchase sweep coins on their site. I provided the requested information immediately. This was 3 days ago and I still have yet to hear back from them.

They claim 24/7 customer support availability. This is absolutely not true. I have not been able to get in touch with anybody except for the one time. I have called left voicemails, emailed, complaints on the site... The following is from there policy;

6.12. Our Customer Support can be reached twenty-four hours seven days a week via the Contact Us page by submitting a request form. The expected response time is as soon as possible up but can take up to twelve (12) hours. For payment related queries please call +1 (424) 371-7304 which is also available twenty-four (24) hours a day seven days a week.

I am asking that my redemptions be approved in the time frame that was allotted by your terms and conditions. I have done nothing deceptive, controversial, illegal, anything. I have been a great player and have always followed the rules. I finally got some of my money back and I'm not being allowed to redeem it.

Make this right ASAP.

And now I have been locked out of my account which I'm sure we knew was going to happen. They said they need to verify my account which was already verified.

I have begun to receive redemptions. I will update as resolved once I am made while.

Apparently, the reason for the delay, they want a photo of me holding the large check with my winnings for promotion.
