I have 5 redemption requests totaling $7,143.40 that have been in progress for multiple days now:


In Progress: $1,183.00 (initiated 2022-07-20)

In Progress: $1,232.50 (initiated 2022-07-20)

In Progress: $1,518.15 (initiated 2022-07-19)

In Progress: $1,805.20 (initiated 2022-07-18)

In Progress: $1,404.55 (initiated 2022-07-17)


My last successful withdrawal was initiated on 2022-07-16 T17:21:03.551 for $479 and I received it on 2022-07-18.

I have also initiated a withdrawal on 2022-07-10 T20:20:21.42 for $1,037.64 and I received it on 2022-07-11.

I don't know what is different this time that the withdrawals are not processing.

When I wrote this complaint I had missed an email from the support team asking me to submit verification of my payment methods. I have since submitted verification and am waiting for a reply from Pulsz.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

After verifying my payment methods, I had to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility form. Once the form was received by Pulsz, they processed my payments, in full, the next day. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.
