On 12/18, I submitted a withdrawal of $12,000, and usually Pulsz Casino pays out very quickly. However, I had been using Apple Pay, using a Barclays card for funding my Pulsz play a lot in December. This card was recently compromised due to a fraudulent charge, so it was necessary for me to close the account and request a new card/account number. I did not realize that Pulsz Casino would need a screenshot of the Apple Pay number: 2478, associated with my credit card before the card was reissued. So, now I do not have the ability to create a screenshot.
I did sent a pdf statement of this account and a picture of the compromised card showing the charges made to Pulsz.
Pulsz did provide that as an option to verify / confirm ownership:
“ If you are unable to provide the requested payment methods or the payment methods are virtual cards with no name displayed, please make sure to send the linked Bank statement in PDF FORMAT ONLY so we can confirm the ownership. (The bank statement must display the bank name/logo, your full name and transactions made to Pulsz.com using the payment method in question)”
Please help me with this withdrawal. I did try to see if I could get proof of the Apple Pay number, from the issuing bank, but they could not provide this information. I don’t know how else I can obtain proof of the Apple Pay number, but i did submit the account that the Apple Pay was associated with.

I received another email from Pulsz requesting a screenshot of the Apple Pay number (2478) associated with the lost/stolen credit card. There is NO WAY that I can show them the Apple Pay # 2478. When my Barclays MC was lost/stolen and used, it needed to be closed immediately. This credit card was the one associated with #2475. The last 4 digits of this card was **** **** **** 2318. This card was replaced with a NEW credit card with the last 4 digits: **** **** **** 3985.
I called Barclays (the bank who issued the credit card) and Apple Support. They could not provide proof of the Apple Pay number 2475 associated with the card # 2318.
This Apple Pay number does NOT exist anywhere anymore. However, I have submitted the PDF statements showing the charges to Pulsz made on this account. I only used this card in Oct, Nov, and Dec. As you can see from the December statement.
Pulsz sent an email that my withdrawal was approved..
