It’s been a week since I cashed out $450 on Pulsz (2/9/2023). Upon requesting my cash out I received this message:

Hello Joseph,

Congratulations - your redemption of $450.23 (2023-­02-­09T­06:­47:­58.281) from Pulsz.com is on its way. You don't need to do anything else except wait for it to hit your selected account!

Today makes a full 7 days since I cashed out and my funds still say “in progress”. Not sure why it’s taking so long this time when my previous withdrawal took less than 24hrs. That’s one of the reasons I kept playing. Please Pulsz I really enjoy playing at the casino, I hope you guys can see it in your hearts to do the right thing. Thanks AskGamblers.

Update: I have spoken with multiple agents about my withdrawal. They said my funds were still pending because of a payment verification issue. I sent in all the necessary documents and proof and they just keep giving me the run around about old cards I never only used but maybe one time. Whenever I cashed out they told me that everything was verified and to sit back and wait for the money to hit my account. They let you deposit all day but when it comes time to withdraw it’s a big issue. Stay far away from this casino they’re scamming people bad. Now that I’ve sent in proof they’re now escalating my issue to the security team and it could take 72 more hrs it’s already almost been 2 weeks. Smh this ruined a trip I had planned, I just want my winnings so I can deactivate my account and never play there again. Please help!

I can still load money to this second but they won’t pay you out. The payment verification dates back to the 29 of December. I have had a successful withdrawal since then for 100 on the 29 of dec ironically and have loaded cash almost everyday since then with no issue. Only now that I want my money out it’s a problem, this should be illegal.

Found the scam they’re running regarding cards. I knew I never used another card. They changed the last four to 7633 even though it was funded through my cash app card ending 1081. Now they keep saying I have to send proof of cards I never used. They say I still need to send in card ending 7633 here’s proof I never even played with that card and that they manipulated the cards ending: please someone help this is major fraud on their part to avoid payouts.

After sending in proof that those transactions came from 1081 not 7633 like they claim they quickly escalated it to security. Woke up this morning to find my entire withdrawal missing from account!!! The full $450 just gone, they’ve yet to respond since I sent in proof. Not sure if they are going to pay or not. If anyone is reading this please use me as a lesson to stay far away from Pulsz and its sister casinos they won’t pay you without giving you the run around. Will update in a day

Update: woke up to this email from pulsz regarding my redemption, guess I’ll wait and see what amount hits my account. I will keep you updated. This is a valuable lesson to do your research before you play with these online casinos and to stay on Pulsz ass until they get it right.

This was refunded to cards ending in 7633 and 1081.
