My Redemption for 5000.00 went missing since it has been marked for return back to sender due to cardholders agreements. The Bank advised that it takes 2-5 business days for this process to be completed. Today makes it day 6 since the funds has been returned but somehow the funds magically disappeared because I still haven’t received my Redemption and I been getting the same answers all week long from Bank and Pulsz Casino.
