On Sunday June 11th 2023 I hit a jackpot for $40,000. I requested $2,500 in redemptions three times. Totaling $7,500 and around $1000 in giftcards in addition. In the past month I have redeemed amounts for $2,000 $1000 and $500 as well several gift cards to bass pro shop and my local grocery store. With no issues. My verification was successful and I never had any issues with those redemptions. On June 12th 2023 I was asked to submitted further verification by submitting an image of 2 of the debits on file with my account, they asked the image to have certain portions of the cards covered up (still don’t understand that part). I did exactly as was requested and submitted my request. I had initially asked someone on their verification team why I had to jump through more hoops because I really needed to collect on my redemptions and not have to wait for another week when it’s been so fast in the past. Ultimately I made the mistake of explaining why I hoped they could process my request in a timely manner. I was respectful the entire time. Right after that I was locked out of account that still has over $27,000 sc that I did not submit a request for on the basis that someone named Tiffany at pulsz decided I had a gambling problem and locked my account for the next 6 months. They said they will process the on going redemptions as usual. But absolutely no comment was made about the over $27000 in winnings in my account. I’ve sent so many emails about it asking for them to please for the love of god not to hold all of that money hostage for the next 6 months and please put in a request for the entire amounts redemption. I can’t even access my account to retrieve my account ID to submit a request over the support ticket system. I genuinely ask for help resolving this issue and to have the entire amount of winnings redeemed and not have them hold all of my money that was won honestly in limbo the next half a year. It’s soul crushing to say the least.

So by a fluke of still being logged into Pulsz on Safari after being locked out on chrome which is what I usually use for my browser I was able to actually use the live chat Helpdesk on safari when it forcibly logged me out and actually talk to a real person at Pulsz instead of being given the run around thru email. It was an extremely painful process of them finally understanding that I have $29,059 in winnings on my account and that I want it redeemed but can’t access my account because of some woman named Tiffany arbitrarily banning me for being a supposed gambling addict. Yet they still took all my money with no issues time and time again with our issue. There’s still no resolution aside from them acknowledging I had a substantial amount and that I wanted it redeemed immediately. The response after an hour and a half of live chat was “this will be escalated to the appropriate department and we will reach out via email.” So they still haven’t started or resolved the issue. But who knows?? Maybe I won’t actually have to wait for 6 months and then beg to be given access to actually claim my legitimately won money.

It’s around the time that I spoke to the pulsz support agent last night and I haven’t heard back from her at all yet. She did say that it might be 48hrs before I would. But considering the amount of SC I have in there and how they actually confirmed and saw that I was right and that I was never given a chance to withdraw my winnings before “The Karen- Tiffany” decided I was a gambling addict and locked my account with over $29,000sc I would thought that she would have contacted me today.

I received an email this morning from someone named Adam on the Pulsz team asking me to respond with my phone number so they could contact me or to open a help desk chat with an account manager and ask to speak with Adam. I did both and after about five to minutes i received a phone call from Adam and they temporarily unlocked my account so that I could withdraw the total amount in three separate redemptions. I should receive the $29,059.27 like normal within a few days.

In summary I feel like overall Pulsz is probably still one of the best online social casinos available. Their verification process initially when I first started winning and redeeming was fast, easy, and exactly as advertised. The ability to cash out in gift cards through PrizeOut is also something I loved. Not just because the gift cards were for places I actually liked, but because most of them have a bonus percentage for cashing out by gift card. Meaning if I chose $100 for BassPro Shop I’d actually get $120 on the gift card. That option for redemption is enough to set them apart. All in all I will probably never ever spend another cent at Pulsz. The mistake they made with my account and the absolute nightmare the last 4 days have been, The not knowing if I would be able to collect such a large amount of money and being just straight up ignored by Tiffany, the woman who locked me account and never gave me any warning nor chance to redeem the money has shattered and completely destroyed any trust or faith I had in them. Did they fix their mistake? Yes, but it was only because of a fluke with having been logged in on Safari still and when it went to initially kick me off the platform I just happened to notice I could still click on the support button. Pulsz needs to allow players who have their accounts locked or blocked without cause the ability to still chat with an account manager. Lastly, if they don’t already have a procedure for checking the balances and giving players the opportunity to cash out before their accounts are locked- THEY NEED TO.
