Hi,

I enjoyed playing with Pulsz sending thousands of Dollars.

Then I finally won 2000.00 well this has been the most awful 😖 experience I don't feel like I won anything. I really feel like you scammed me.

I verified my account before I started playing with Pulsz. When I won I received an email that stated that my account was verified and the withdrawal process with be smooth well it hasn't been.

They asked for pictures of the last 3 debit cards I used. I sent them the pictures. The last card was a virtual card I sent them the monthly statement that goes to the card that shows my name address bank name logo and pulsz transactions. What do you know they still asking me for the statement the same statement that was provided 3 times.

The chat is no help the customer service suck I really feel so dumb playing with an online casino through Facebook this play is a scam I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Oh yeah we are on business day number 4 and they haven't even started the withdrawal process they still acting like I need to verify my account

Also, their policy states that if you withdraw more Than 2500 additional verification is required so why are they asking for it anyway?
