So I have been playing on pulse for a while. They have redeemed winnings numerous times between the amount of 100 up to 1400. They were have always payed me on the 3rd day from when I won, with no problem’s.

Last week, Monday May 13th I won 26,000. I was so excited I have never one that much. I could only redeem 12000 at once. So I redeemed 12,000 then another 12,000 and then 2,700. Before I won the 26,000 I won a little bit.

I picked my bank account like normal . It then said. “ you don't need to do anything else except wait for it to hit your selected account!…. So I did nothing but waited. I never got them. It was the Friday after I won. I seen a e-mail from a guy that he wrote on Tuesday. Saying Congratulations on my winnings. That they would like to send me a check, a bottle of Champagne. They would like me to take a picture of the check with my self and the bottle. If I could just verify my address. So I wrote back verifying my address but asked can they please pay me by how they usually pay me. As the mail sometimes gets stolen here. Then a couple days later I got a e-mail saying verify my cards. So I verified my Usbank. They wrote me back saying “ Great now all you have to do is verify the last card ending in 0091 and once you do that we will process your winnings.

So I did…. Now it’s been 3 days since I heard from them. Besides an email saying I have 30% off a package.

They have always responded with in 24 hours until my last e-mail. Now it’s been 3 days. I even wrote them and said if they can’t pay me all at once I would cancel my redemptions and process like 4000 at a time. But I’ve heard nothing. I’m also scared to cancel my redemptions to process a little every couple day. I’m afraid if I put it back on my account I'll go to bed and when I wake up it would be gone. Or something like that. If someone could get be me some advice.
