I have been playing on Pulsz for months and finally one a substantial amount of money. However, when it came time for me to redeem it after my account was already verified it never came so I reached out to Pulsz, and submitted all of the documents that they requested and I got a message back today stating that there are sole discretion. They are closing my account and they will not be paying me the $13,000 that I have one and that they would not be responding to any further emails from me regarding this matter. Im sorry what?
