The issue that I experienced was: that I played my daily free coins and ended up winning about 200$. Trying to redeem I had to verify my account well I misplaced my id and the account verification page timed out. Since then I only get a "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" error every time I try to open the verification page. I then turned to emailing customer service to only receive 1 response of the already stated needed documents and directions on the verification page. There was no inquiry as to what type of issue I was having or an offer of any solution or even a response to my reply when I asked if I could get some help. Nothing. So I continued to email support a total of 6 times starting new requests as well as replying to emails sent from pulsz about promotions only to get nothing in return. So I started playing the money I had won and won 3,000$ more. So now I'm still unable to verify my account and unable to redeem it until I can. I would like to verify and redeem my winnings.

This means that this has been going on for 3 days now I still have not received a response from support with help to verify but the first response I DID receive came just 2.5 hours after the ticket was opened. I have opened 5 new requests and replied to a promotions email that I received and have gotten nothing for a response. And all the requests have been marked as solved and closed for response. It is frustrating to me that I take the time to play on a casino out of the thousands that I could choose from instead who would surely have a responding customer service team and just a better overall experience than the one I am having with pulsz. I don't enjoy issues but am always intrigued as to how a company will respond and provide a solution if any. In my experience most provide an answer why or a solution some have even given a WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND solution therefore ensuring a positive outcome and experience with their company. Not having gotten either from pulsz support has caused undesired stress and disappointment to say the least. That could have been avoided.
I would like pulsz to accept my verification documents and process a successful redemption of 2,350$ that I have left after playing while waiting for a simple response. The economy is bad right now and the winnings are a blessing at a time like this and surely will take a little financial stress off top of my shoulders.
