I have been playing at Pulsz casino since it opened, I play a lot and have pushed my luck until I don’t have enough to redeem. So finally 3 weeks ago I decided to redeem 3k. The reason I like Pulsz is I can use Apple Pay and Apple cash. So when I hit redeem I got an email about the typical sit back and 2-3 days you will have your money.
I then get another email stating there was an unknown issue with my bank and to choose another payment method. So I did I signed up for Skrill and used another checking account.
3 days goes by and they ask me for pictures of card numbers that 99% are from Apple Cash which when you use it the number changes so basically it’s impossible. I upload the cards that I have. I send those in and let them know I can’t give them pictures of apple cash because the number changes. Keep in mind I have been playing with them for over a year.
I then get a response 3 days later with basically the same email from another agent. Also keep in mind I am still playing with them and depositing thinking this will work itself out. I then email again and explain.
I finally get an email from another agent saying that they appreciate the explanation and they are going to forward to the payment department to settle. I play more and win another 1500.
It’s been 3 weeks and not heard anything and I have sent emails with no response. Go back to my original 3k I cancelled it and played 1500 so I have two withdraws pending for a total of 3k.
Honestly love there platform and games. Never has an issue with any other company’s Chumba, Fortune and Luckyland. I just want my money. I also play a lot I would drop thousands in one day sometimes.
