On 6/23/2024 I submitted a redemption request for $1000 and shortly after received an email saying it would be in my account in 3 business days and I had to do nothing further. I am already verified and have redeemed several times through them with no problem. Later in the week I was able to get ahold of support who said it was paid out on 6/26/2024. It has still not deposited to my account and support will not respond to my requests for an update and the status still shows as pending/in progress.

I have still not received so much as a response from support and my withdrawel is still showing pending/in progress. It's ridiculous that nobody will even send some type of a response they just completely ignore every inquiry I've sent. I bust my.ass in a.steel mill every day for the money I spend on this damn site and this is just a.kick in the face. If this isn't resolved by Friday the 12th I will be contacting my attorney and I don't give a damn what it cost me they shouldn't be able to screw people over like this!!!!
Finally got a response from support. My complaint is being sent to a security's team for review but may take 72 hours to get a response...I'm not getting my hopes up at this point.
Well they followed through with what they said this time. Money was deposited today.
