Been locked out my account today December 20. I spoke with George customer service rep - told him I have kids and that I deserve to have my 10,000 dollars. Remind you I have unsettled funds that I never redeemed on December 15. I won 10,000 dollars and I verified my account years ago.

I been a loyal customer never, had a issue. They said they was concerned about me struggling, lied about it never received redemption 6 days now.

Day 9 they send me another email after I stated that I sent over all the documentation even though I been a loyal customer for over 2 years

December 12/24/23 for the third time I sent over my files to ysi interactive I’m locked out my account now they just keep sending me automated responses through via mail December 15 to 25, have no support customer show no effort to even give me have of the 10,000 I asked for all my purchases since I been a loyal customers for the last 2 years fail to send me that what else could I do someone help me please my Christmas wasn’t as good as it should of been very very stressful

December 17, I asked a customer service rep how long does it usually takes cause I just won prior to this big win 800 and the process was less then32 hours and the rep tells 3-5 business usually but I don’t know cause you been idled for a while even though they just payed me 2 days before the 17 of December this is starting to become stressful

Today is 3 days after Christmas I got a message from Pulsz stating they are waiting for 1 more documentation once again out of my 7 cards I already sent the on the 17 of December it is now the 27 of December Christmas wasn’t great after they didn’t send me my redemption I told them that last card was a prepaid card I used it once cause my bank card was negative still waiting what do I do please help …….
