I have been playing at Pulsz casino for some time. I am fully verified and pulsz has not had any trouble taking my money when I deposit. I received an email that my account was verified and that I was now elegance for redemptions. Recently I won $2500 and made a redemption request to cash it out. Suddenly, my account is locked and I can’t even log in. Asks me to contact customer support and they don’t reply to emails. Upset, frustrated and in disbelief that my account would be locked simply for trying to redeem. I have not violated any terms and conditions.
