My account was fully verified, it was my first time cashing out, even though I had deposited a bunch of times. They sent me an email congratulating me on my win, and then then next day when I was trying to log in, it said my account was locked and to reach customer support for further instruction. I reached out to them and they are completely ignoring me. It's so unprofessional and really not cool.
I don't understand why my account is locked or why I haven't received my winnings
