I have been on Pulsz for over a year. I recently started buying sc and playing. I got my account verified. And I won 200 sc and when I went to redeem them now my account is locked and I can't get ahold of anyone. They won't answer emails or calls. Very frustrating I don't know what to do next. They have never had a problem taking my money. Now I win a little they lock my account. I need my payment. Why would they lock my account like this?
