I start using Pulsz Casino on the 09/14/2023 and got my account verified the same day. It seem fine when I'm losing money but when I try to redeem my winning cash of $4500 on the 09/15/2023 , they locked me out of my account for some risk-related reason. what is risk related reason? My account is verified and I didn't violate any of their rule. They refund some of the purchases that I made but no the money that I won. Please help me resolve this. I know $4500 is a lot of money and that is the money that i won. it was not free I have to risk a lot of money for that.
