I opened an account under my email and started playing slots. After winning 9k and trying to redeem it by submitting verifications. It started that I was verified and then locked my account. I have tried to submit a complaint ticket but I do not have access to my account to give information to submit my complaint. So I decided to call the customer service number and there’s no representative. They ask you to provide your email address name and last 4 of the card number. I left the information and I am still waiting on a response.

A Pulsz representative unlocked my account and asked for verification. I have submitted the proper documents and it is now stating that my name is mismatched. I already emailed Pulsz again and I’ll update if this issue is resolved.
