Hey,

New to online gaming but so far so good kind of I guess, so first off love it, I really do.

With saying that this last redemption I have yet to receive it and it’s been longer then the intended 3-4 business days… so I’ve had no issues up until now my first redemption was 1200 smooth no issues. The next set of redemption equaled up to 500 smooth no issues. This last 800 I’ve been waiting for since 1/1/23 it’s now 1/8/23 I’ve reached out via email and received and email saying it’s being escalated you another department give them 78 to respond but have yet to here back.

I did because I just wanted to see if i canceled one what will happen but it just put the 200 back in the game. So technically it’s done to 600. I’ve saying I’ve been loyal to you guys, I thought this was legit.

Just an update still no funds but I did receive emails awaking for card information since I used a cash app card from my phone I had to send statements. Idk what else they mite ask for up I’ve sent in copies of cards and bank statements Apple Card’s just waiting now..

Update again… I was sent this emails confirming everything was approved and funds will be sent out within 3-5 business days. That’s was a Jan. 9, but funds have not been deposited into my account…
