KYC asked me for verification of my purchase card on June 7, 2024, they told me they would respond to me in 72 hours and they never responded. Then 3 days ago they told me that KYC would respond to me in 72 hours and again they have not responded. Withdraw 400 dollars via Skrill and payment is still in process.
