I’m hoping someone can help me. I redeemed 6 days ago for 300$ with hopes it would be approved and in my account in 24 hrs or less as all my previous redemptions were. My account has been fully verified and had had zero issue with previous redemptions. After 2 days I emailed customer support asking for some answers and no response. I emailed them everyday for 5 days even called the number they have listed. And no response. My bf emailed them and they responded to him in 12 minutes, so he wrote them explaining the issue. I finally got a email saying I needed to verify payment methods, okay so I provided all information and documentation they requested got a email stating they have verified my payment methods and now it’s been forwarded to a relevant department for a thorough review. And now once again I can’t get in touch with anyone?? They pick and choose what emails they respond to. How can they approve previous redemptions in a timely manner then whenever they want make you verify all over again. I am appalled by the lack of communication from the support team. I have seen so many reviews and complaints of this happening to so many people. I’m hoping someone can please help me with this.
