I began playing on this online casino back in February of 2022 when I saw Pulsz's advertisements on my Facebook feed. I completed all the proper paperwork they requested and had my account verified within a day or two.
From looking at banking records, I made my first deposit of 300 dollars on February 23rd. It showed up on my banking statement as PULSZ.COM https://www.p DE. Evidently I won something because on February 25th 1500.00 dollars was deposited into my bank account from PULSZ.COM Payment.
Again, looking at bank records between February 23rd and April 25th I deposited over 17000.00 dollars to my Pulsz account.
On March 3rd I received a 1000.00 payout to my bank account and on March 21st I received 4000.00 dollars into my bank account. So over the last 3 months since joining I spent over 17k and won 6500.00 dollars with no issues being paid. I believe it is important to note that I am 64 years old, have worked for the same Fortune 250 company for 39 years, have no bills other than taxes and utilities anymore and can afford to lose some money and honestly don't mind. I think Pulsz has some of the best games and most fun games I have ever played. Just want to be fair in my review.
So a few weeks ago I won 24000.00 dollars playing different games on the site. When I went to redeem the winnings I could not redeem more than 12000.00 dollars per redemption so I did two 12000.00 dollar redemptions. I should have stated earlier that with previous winnings it only took a day or two to have money deposited into my bank account. So after a week of seeing my two 12000.00 dollar redemptions still processing I did what I read to do on their website, I contacted customer support.
My assigned request number was 380277 and the automated email I received after submitting it stated due to high volume I may not receive a response for up to 72 hours. I have never received any response from that support inquiry. So I decided to call the USA number they have listed for payment inquiries (1-424-371-7304) which is listed to Yellow Social Interactive Limited and is a California area code. It's a recording that tells you to press #2 for payment inquiries and to leave a message. When you do that the recording starts all over again with the same options so no message can be left. I tried 8 times and then just gave up. In the meantime I missed playing on their site so I cancelled one of the 12000.00 dollar redemptions so I could play with that money. I bet high on all the games I played, anywhere from 30 to 100 dollars a spin. And I won, again. I cashed out immediately.
I now have 5 redemptions processing for 37000.00 dollars. I received an email for each redemption saying all I had to do was wait for it to be placed into my bank account which is usually 3 days but they strive to do it sooner. That was on May 3rd they were submitted. After 5 days with no payment I contacted customer service again. My assigned request number is 399142.
Today is May 12th, no response. Tried the phone number again, same deal. Can't leave a message, just a looped recording. I started after all of this today to do a little research. I was shocked at what I found with so many other people dealing with the non payment issues and the negative feedback they are leaving on multiple websites. All you have to do is Google Pulsz complaints. I also play on Chumba. I won 17k a few months ago on their site and had the money in my bank account within 3 days. I found out Pulsz is not licensed in the USA but on their website they are affiliated with ARA, the American Arbitration Association.
I was told that should be my next step if this can't be settled. I have all documentation, all emails, all screenshots of redemptions with dates on the pics. If all of these negative reviews I saw today are correct, when I post this I will immediately have my account locked or won't be able to deposit or have to reverify my information all over again to access the site.
Just for the record, I deposited 150 dollars today. I lost but it was still fun. Pulsz, do the right thing, that's all I'm asking. Thank you for your time, I appreciate it. Eddie < surname removed >
