Pulsz casino have locked me out of my after winning and trying to redeem! I’ve been an avid player at pulsz casino for sometime now. I’ve made several deposits. My account is fully verified upon signing up. I’ve submitted my valid ID front and back. I’ve passed the selfie biometric verification and I’ve sent bank statements with name and address. I then received an email stating my account is fully verified and I’m good to go with making deposits and receiving payouts.
I’ve deposited several times and they had no problem taking my money. As soon as I start winning larger amounts making redemption request became a problem I can’t seem to resolve! Pulsz have locked me out of my account.
I’ve sent almost 25 emails and it’s been over 15 days and I still have not received my redemption! I have a total of $2,000 pending payment redemption!
I’ve never experienced this kind of issue previously and redemptions were paid in full previously. I simply want them to honor the winnings that I’ve earned. Each time I communicate with pulsz, I’m being told they still have received my document although I have sent everything requested using link for Tresorit!
I need help resolving this matter I’m frustrated that this is happening and honestly I was depending on winnings for personal obligations! I never eaxpected to have a problem being that I haven’t had a problem in the past with redeeming winnings! Help me please!
