I have been on this site several times and this is the first time I want any kind of big money. I completed my verification on time ago and as I attempted to redeem my winnings. I was then asked for additional verification.

In the meantime, I had received the twenty dollar spin bonus on the treasure wild game and upon completion of the ninth spin, the entire bonus disappeared and like a glitch off the game, And according to their review everything was business as usual which isn't correct, I am not senile nor inebriated, I know what I saw, and then saw vanish as if it hadn't just happened!

So that was upwards of $1000 I won't be receiving!

Then Flash 22 days later. I'm still playing on my winnings and waiting for the redemption to go through. And I cashed in a separate redemption to play three hundred out of it and to re-redeem it.

After I canceled it, I entered the new redemption total and the money didn't go on to my account three hundred dollars.

Again not a glitch in my vision, so I sent another email asking them to address this immediately, Too much I have so received no reply. Also they remove the live chat option from my app. And I have not heard back from life's from support team in three and a half days now.

The pending redemption that I canceled was 1800, I was trying to take 300, ans so I immediately redid the amount for 1500, and I DID NOT receive the 300 to my account.
The amount pending right now is 1650, and I have been waiting 10- 11 days since I originally cashed out.
Now I cannot get any response from these people at all.
