Recently played one the mobile app and won 42,000.00 I redeemed the amount and it says processing. I have verified before but haven’t won this much before I sent in all that they asked.

Multiple times to different employees requesting information. I have contacted them thru chat and being told 72 hours with update. It has been over a week and the redemption still shows processing but has not deposited in my bank. I ask for updates and no one responds.

I have replied back to the email addresses that sent me the verification information and still nothing. I cannot access the chat option anymore and cannot get by one to respond to my emails. I show clearly on my bank statement the charges for the day I won and the day I submitted the redemption. I have asked for supervisors to contact me but with no luck. I would just like my winnings as they are legit and truthful.

I was able to get thru the chat option and I expressed my concern with a rep and he said he forwarded my issue to the next level. A few minutes later I received and email posted below. I’ll

I received an email today asking me to verify a bunch of older cards I used while I’ve been active on pulsz.

I clearly explained that the email is asking me to send a picture of the actual card but I used my Apple Pay and there is no card for me to show as it is a virtual card. I did send photos of every card I have to avoid any future request of any bank card.
On pulsz sweepstake rules it states :
6.7. Prior to any prize redemptions:

6.7.1. the name on your credit or debit card or other payment method must match the name appearing on your User Account;

Which I have sent a total of 7 times. The charges below are the same day I redeemed the amount that I won that would confirm that I purchased these sweepstakes coins with my card and with the sc coins I won the amount I am requesting.

I don’t know why cards used last year or a while ago matter to this request.

I have requested redemptions before and was not asked anything . It was only until I requested this large amount .

Now I am truly concerned that pulsz is trying to find a descripency in. My account to void the winnings.
I have followed and complied with the sweepstakes rules and it only needs to verify my card used to buy the sc as stated on the sweep stakes rules.
My other cards are not needed unless I request a redemption pertaining to winnings on the same day i purchased coins that I used to redeem a winnings .

Here is the document sent to me that I have already underwent verification and have passed . It clearly states I can redeem .


But now I am getting told that I need to verify . Which I already did .
I have redeemed before as listed below with no issues.


So it clearly means that pulsz may not want to pay out the redemption for this amount and is trying to avoid me at all cost .

This is a bad business practice and very misleading as I have already been given the approval to redeem as I pass verification .

I received an email that stated I would receive a gift inthe mail . One gift was a large check and a bottle of champagne.
The I was told to send a video or phot if the celebration but they still haven’t paid the redemption .
