Recently played one the mobile app and won 42,000.00 I redeemed the amount and it says processing. I have verified before but haven’t won this much before I sent in all that they asked.
Multiple times to different employees requesting information. I have contacted them thru chat and being told 72 hours with update. It has been over a week and the redemption still shows processing but has not deposited in my bank. I ask for updates and no one responds.
I have replied back to the email addresses that sent me the verification information and still nothing. I cannot access the chat option anymore and cannot get by one to respond to my emails. I show clearly on my bank statement the charges for the day I won and the day I submitted the redemption. I have asked for supervisors to contact me but with no luck. I would just like my winnings as they are legit and truthful.
