On Sunday 08/07/2022 I redeemed 10,000SC on Pulsz. On 08/08/2022 I got an email congratulating me on my redemption. Waiting around a few days to see the deposit hit my account and never saw it. Went to digging into it and found an email in my spam folder asking me for more information to verify my account, cards used to make purchases, bank statements, IDs, etc. Provided this information on Monday 08/15/2022. In the time that I have been waiting on my redemption I have continued to play with my gold coins accumulated (cannot get more sweeps because they have me blocked from making purchases).
Now all of the sudden on 08/18/2022 they completely locked me out of my account. I have not done anything to violate any of their terms and conditions or give them any reason to be doing this.
It is very disappointing because they have no problem taking my money when I am buying gold coin packages. Now all of the sudden there is an issue when it is time for them to pay out my redemption.
