I have been a verified player with Pulsz for over a year fully verified which is supposed to be all u need for the redemption process. On Nov. 21,2024 i won a jackpot total almost 50,000$. I made several withdraw request because I can only redeem 5000$ at a time, so over 2 weeks I got my money in 5000$ increments no problem at all. Now on Jan 7, 2024 i have won another jackpot at around 50,000$ and I requested a withdraw so I waited checking every 24 hours if Pulsz started processing it yet, nothing happened they stayed in process mode which means no one has started the payout.

I contacted customer support only to learn that they are requesting additional verification. I sent over all the documents I had for the cards they requested a picture of and statements. I have sent over signed affidavit saying that the info. requested i cannot provide but this is a official Notarized letter that all payments forms made on my account are mine and owned by me. Throughout the whole process i have had numerous numbers attached to there request forms that changed different from the original request and different customer service every time giving generic answers. I've been polite the whole time and very patient considering the situation. Here we are Jan. 23,2024 and still no answer where the funds are going to be paid. Can someone Help! I loved the platform but not the delays.
