I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my recent big win on Pulsz.com. On 04/24/24, I was fortunate enough to win a substantial sum of $10,000 on your platform. However, despite the excitement and anticipation of receiving my winnings, I have encountered significant delays and obstacles in the withdrawal process.


I was asked to submit Selfie with ID, Bank statements, and proof of residency to verify my identity which I did without any hesitation even though my account was and is already a verified account with multiple redemptions prior to this one aswell as 39% through their DIAMOND vip rank which is one rank below max rank of ROYAL DIAMOND.


It has now been more than 12 days since my win, and I am dismayed to report that my winnings have yet to be released to me. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused me considerable inconvenience and distress. As a loyal and active user of Pulsz.com that is nearly halfway to max vip rank, I expected prompt and efficient service, especially when it comes to withdrawing winnings considering I have already won and cashed out numerous times prior to this.


Furthermore, the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my withdrawal request has only added to my frustration. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support and inquire about the delay, I have received no satisfactory explanations or assurances regarding when I can expect to receive my rightful winnings.


I would like to emphasize that this is not only a matter of financial compensation but also one of principle. As a reputable online gaming platform, Pulsz.com has a responsibility to its users to uphold fair and transparent practices, including timely payout of winnings. By wrongfully withholding my winnings for an extended period, Pulsz.com has failed to meet this obligation and has breached the trust and confidence I once had in your platform.


I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and release my winnings without further delay. Additionally, I expect a formal apology from Pulsz.com for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal.


If my winnings are not released promptly and a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and seek recourse through appropriate channels, including regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.


I trust that you will treat this complaint with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and take immediate steps to address the issues raised.
