My account has been fully verified previously to hitting a jackpot for 2500. I tried to do an instant bank withdraw, it was declined I suppose from a recently address change. I submitted the address change 3/17, it was accepted today and now I lost all ability to redeem at all. 2500$. I contacted email and live support and no response.
