It's been since September 5 I was completely verified. Trying to get winnings of $800 I was asked for copy of card via photo I quickly sent it in. I was told they never received photo I have attempted 4x to the link provided via email no luck. Yesterday I try to check status and the chat button is gone and I can't deposit due to a deposit limit of 100$ ? I don't know what else to do. When customer service was available via chat they just keep say the same generic response 3-5 days.

Still no response from customer service. My account remains limited.
