So I want to start off by saying that I have always been a fan of Pulsz Casino for many reasons until this experience has been disappointing. I like Pulsz because of the game variety, the fast responses from their team, and the free gameplay they send you from time to time.

I have been verified with the initial verification and I received a payout always very quickly. This recent time on 11/26 I cashout out $6300 in multiple deposits. It was my largest cashout to date. Later that night going into Sunday I received an email asking me to verify my cards used and Apple Pay ID numbers which are the numbers that Apple assigns when you pay with something using Apple Pay. These numbers link to your real cards.

I submitted the information by the end of the day Sunday even though for Apple Pay it's very difficult to get the Card ID numbers when you no longer have that card or use it. It has now been 5 days since there has been any update regarding the documents submitted. When I email to ask for updates, this very nice rep answers and he has made the experience not entirely negative. Although he himself cannot provide any answers to the actual problem at the very least he is kind about it. I am frustrated with the lack of communication or updates regarding the documents especially when they were provided immediately. I also am frustrated that I was locked out of my account during this process.

I have always been a loyal player. I leave good reviews, spend a good amount monthly, and have recommended Pulsz to everyone. I know the verification process takes time when it's large amounts, but it is frustrating to be left in the dark not knowing anything about your payout or account status. I am getting a bit nervous as well after reading some other reviews.

I hope to have this resolved soon.

Here is the timeline for reference:

11/26 Cashout submitted - email received stating cashout was processing

11/27 Pulsz associate sends an email asking for verification of cards/apple pay

11/27 Documentation submitted in multiple batches to Pulsz

11/27 Emails sent to Pulsz and received responses from Pulsz regarding the cards and then confirmation about the real cards. Pulsz stated the Apple Pay numbers were in review. I provided a detailed summary to Pulsz regarding Apple Pay numbers

11/28 Response received from Pulsz Team stating review can take 24-48 hours

11/29 No Update

11/30 Update stating that documents still being reviewed

12/1 No Update

12/2 So far no update
