My complaint consists of a delayed payment. I was verified officially on nov. 16th 2022. I then submitted a redemption of 12,000 on nov. 18th 2022. I then received a message stating that I would receive payment in 3 to 5 business days not including holidays. Noting that Thanksgiving was running into that week. I still had gained 3 to 4 business days plus the following Monday would of been 5. Today would be the 7th business day out of 12, that I've been waiting since I've first submitted my redemption.
I had called the number of the automated message but yet have not received a call back. I have emailed out to the team and now I have a new caseworker by the name of Arthur <removed surname> in which has only emailed me once after I complained about the days that ran over. He stated that it would be 3 to 5 business days. Yet it is going on 13 days total. I don't know what there business days are but I feel like I'm being ignored and possibly shunned from my winnings.
