Hello so Pulsz randomly asked for verification from my Apple purchases once I finally won real money it’s 4000+ redemptions that I have since last Sunday 2/2/25. I sent them everything they asked me for the very same day. I have reached out to the chats etc and still no update. The original verification doesn’t take this long. Then I got a message today saying I need to submit the same paperwork I already did. When they have everything they need on my end. But I still sent it again. I’m just hoping to get my payout and get this resolved. I have all the screenshots and emails of everything.
