I won $100 on 10/31 and submitted a redemption claim form.
I also won $250 on November 1 and submitted a redemption claim form.
I got an email from both saying they were approved and then four days later I got an email saying it was declined by the payment processing center.
I have tried to call and email them and can’t get any calls or emails back.
I’m so frustrated with this casino that it’s not even funny.
