My total was $6,100. I received 3 separate acknowledgements. A few days past And I l thought you check on my redemptions. pulse has always been very prompt with my past collections. I received a reply from Pulsz VIP support team and was assured all was well my redemptions we're being reviewed. Another couple of days and I'm asked to verify my bank and routing numbers. Another day or two passes and I began to question status as their stated policy for funds to be deposited was 3-5 business days. I never got any further replies from Pulsz, and my redemptions nearly 12 days later are still showing * In Progress+ status.
This morning on Nov.9th I awakened to find the support ticket for this delay was now showing solved. Ithe issue is not solved. My redemptions remain non-deposited. I placed a new Support ticket request this morning and have it nly gotten back the automated acknowledgement. I have been a very loyal customer and spent quite a bit of money I am very disappointed and and surprised at being treated so thoughtlessly. I would like my redemption please this has caused alit of heartbreak around my home.
