I recently attempted to redeem $15,000 from pulsz casino and was met with a request to provide additional verification of my identity. I provided the requested screenshots of all payment methods ever used (all Apple Pay transactions), yet that was not acceptable. I then took VIDEO of myself, with my passport, drivers license, holding the physical cards themselves, and provided bank statements for each card - each of which contained transactions to pulsz and my full information.
To this point I have never had an issue with either deposits or withdrawals and over the past year I’ve deposited tens of thousands of dollars and redeemed tens of thousands of dollars, with redemptions ranging from $1000-$5000 repeatedly. Most recently $3500 on 1/21/25
