I have 3 active redemption requests from pulsz from 1/12/23. They are 5k,5k, and 2k. They have asked me to provide verification for my debit card and my bank account that I have used to purchase coins. I have sent them all this information TWICE now and I have not received an email back in four days. I received an email from them on 1/17/23 stating that no more verification was needed and that my redemption request was escalated to the payment team. The following day on the 18th they were asking me for verification once again on the card and the bank account used to purchase coins. At this point I’m getting frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact that although they said they have escalated my request to the payment team, it has been 5 business days and I have yet to receive any of my redemptions.

Replied to add that I still have not received any money. I got an email from pulsz on 1/24/23 at 2:49 A.M. stating that my redemption was on its way and no further verification was needed. I sent pulsz an email making sure that no extra verification was needed and received an email back saying no more verification was needed and my request was passed on the the payment team and I should receive my money in 3 business days. I have three pending requests: 5,000;5,000; and a final 2,000. I asked them if all three requests were being sent and did not receive an answer. I will update when/if I get paid from pulsz. Friday will be three business days so I am hoping to have it then.
