I recently had a big win over at Pulsz of over $6000. I’ve had many wins before however this win would lead to my first ever redemption. Once I attempted to redeem the winnings, I was met with a congratulatory message saying that my redemption would be deposited into my bank within 3-5 days. It has now been 9 days and still nothing. I wrote an email to the listed contact email on the website addressing concern and requesting an update in regards to the redemption however it’s been 3 days since I sent that email and although it suggest a 48-72 hour response time, I’m beginning to get worried after reading some of these redemption stories that other players have experienced. I enjoy playing on pulsz and have never had any issues DEPOSITING money, in which I have easily spent over $2500 on the site. I just want my winnings.

Yesterday I received a response email asking for all of the cards that I have used in the past, which I provided. This morning I received an additional response stating that they have escalated the case to the “security” team, whatever that means. I can’t believe it’s this difficult to collect winnings. Please pulsz just pay my redemption
