I requested a few cash outs over the past month. On 09/19 i submitted one for $600. It did not hit my account in the expected time frame.
Whenever i have opened cases with support i get told different things every time. I was first told payment had been sent, then i was told it was in progress. My bank told me to reach out to them for proof that funds had been initiated. Of course when I did that they said that there was an error with my redemption and it had been cancelled due to my address. Which they couldn’t give a reason on why my address.
My account is fully verified as well. I have opened multiple email cases as well and still haven’t received a response.
