Verification and payout

On 3/26/24 I won $2020.05 My deposit amount was $49.99 with no bonuses. This was my first redeemable win. I was fully verified when this took place yet the debit card I used still needed to be verified. I explained that I did not have the physical card available and I explained why. I was asked to send a copy of a statement from my bank account, showing my name, the bank name and the transaction where I made the deposit. Not only did I send that, but I also sent additional screenshots to prove that the card was mine because they claimed that it came up as a third-party card under my son's name which was completely inaccurate. Not really sure where they got that information from but anyway I sent what they asked me to send nearly a week ago and I’ve not heard anything since. I’ve sent several emails and I’ve called a few times and left messages at the phone number listed for complaints. It sends you to voicemail every time. I’m not sure where I’m at at this point but it’s been two weeks with no payout. All I really want is for Pulsz to make it right. I’ve given them everything they needed and no one is responding so I don’t know what to do. I just want my payout to be processed. I have all the emails involved but they have account sensitive information in them so I won't post them here but they have everything they asked for. When I go to my account it says that there's a problem with my card verification and that someone will contact me but that hasn’t happened. It's been 2 weeks now since I redeemed my winnings and I have no idea what's happening because no one is responding to my emails/calls.
