I received an email to verify my Physical debit cards showing my name on each And my My Apple Pay card information for each At the end of February 2024 And unfortunately, didn’t see it due to it going to my spam mail. I ended up winning $5000 and tried to redeem it but it was still showing process. I ended up searching my email and that’s when I found the spam mail requesting this information so I sent all the documentation in that they requested and no one has contacted me back. It’s been over a week and no one has contacted me. They told me they would reach out To me within 72 hours. I have never had any issues with PULSZ Until now. I really hope someone contacts me soon and Processes my payment. This makes me so upset because I love playing The slots But to wait around, not knowing if they’re going to process my payment anytime soon, Is beyond frustrating. I want to keep playing, but I can’t even play right now until they verify my information because no point of cashing out money that I can’t get deposited into my account. Please help
