I've been playing with pulsz for years now and I've never had an issue redeeming thousands, however not the case this time. On the early hours of march 24th I mad a redemption request for $400. Got the email saying congrats my redemption is on its way. That was almost 10 days ago. Now I highly doubt they are sending via USPS so there is no reason it shouldn't be in my account. Chatted with support for them to give me some lame non helpful excuse saying just wait its been successfully submitted yada yada yada! They are egregiously withholding my redemption and I'm not going to just go away and let them do that!! I've been verified for years using the same bank the whole time!
