I have been playing with Pulsz since 2020. I have verified my account over 12 times in 2 years. I am stuck in the verification process after sending cards bank statements etc.

Once I’ve verified everything they proceed to ask for accounts that are 2-3 years old that I don’t have anymore nor have I loaded with those accounts(which was verified when I had them).

I have found a way to get them that information on and I still have no response and none of my earnings have been sent to me. They have been sending me on a wild goose chase and barely communicate with me.

I’m a loyal customer of theirs. I just want my winnings and to be able to load again and play.

This is frustrating when I’ve sent them hundreds of customers. The loyalty that they have for me is almost nonexistent.

My case still has not been resolved. They have given me the run around. And has not fixed payed me my earnings
